The value for money at this hotel is exceptional. With options like the half-board arrangement and the 5-course meal included, it's hard to find a better deal. The attention to detail is impressive, from the prompt email communication to the English menus provided. Additionally, the location of the hotel is perfect for ski enthusiasts, with easy access to the Hochkönig ski areas and a ski bus stop right outside. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making the stay even more enjoyable.
No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

We had such a great time at this hotel! the value for money was outstanding. The half board arrangement included a delicious 5-course meal with a variety of choices, and the quality of the food was superb. The staff even prepared menus in English, accommodating those who didn't speak German. Secondly, the location of the hotel was perfect. Situated near the ski slopes, it was incredibly convenient for us to hit the slopes. Lastly, the service provided by the friendly staff was top-notch. They were attentive, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

Spent Xmas in a small hotel in Austria. Enjoyed the lovely Alpine views from the balcony and the amazing half board arrangement with a five-course meal of high quality. The hotel's spa with sauna and steam room was excellent for relaxing. Convenient ski bus stop directly outside the hotel and a children's menu available.
Although the breakfast buffet had an excellent selection of food, the service was poor as we had to call waitresses every time to order eggs and coffee. On occasion, the dish we ordered finished by the time it reached us, and the restaurant staff did not have enough personnel to handle all the guests.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely stunning, with spectacular views of the mountains. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the cleanliness of the rooms was outstanding. Additionally, the breakfast provided by the hotel was delicious, with a wide variety of options. The staff were also incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. One of the best aspects of this hotel is its convenient location in the city center, making it easily accessible to shops, restaurants, and transportation options. Furthermore, this hotel is perfectly situated for those interested in skiing, as it is located in close proximity to the underrated Hochkonig ski areas. my experience at this hotel was fantastic and I would highly recommend it.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.

One of the standout features of this hotel is the incredible value for money. According to one guest, the half board arrangement is a steal, with an excellent 5-course meal included in the price. The menus are even prepared in English for non-German speakers, ensuring a seamless dining experience. Additionally, the hotel offers a range of basic amenities, including an Austrian-style spa with a sauna and steam room, perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes.
No significant negatives were mentioned in the reviews.

Great value for money! We stayed at a hotel in the area over New Year's Eve and had an overall enjoyable stay. the ski resort offered excellent runs for intermediate skiers and was not too crowded during this time of year. the hotel amenities included a spa and sauna area that provided relaxing, stress-free leisure time. the hotel provided free transportation to and from the ski resort, which was a plus.
The food and beverage options, which were limited and overpriced for the quality.
